Very friendly and professional. When we had an issue with our rental they fixed within a couple hours. They made our stay easy.
Very bad customer service and they take too much time to respond back by email and when you call they don't answer and if they answer they are they have very bad customer service specifically the person doing the houses reservations.
Simple no hassle booking and our condo exceeded expectations. The staff were attentive to our needs and the manager followed up with an email after our stay asking if we enjoyed ourselves and if there was anything they needed to work on. Highly recommend Seaside and already booked another vacation through them this summer!
